Lovely gift for daughter

Christmas gift for my daughter but when it arrived some of the print was missing from the top. I immediately contacted them and they replied apologising and quickly sent a replacement.
This could have been avoided if they check their orders for quality assurance before sending out.
When replacement arrived I was really pleased.
